Sure looks like it might be cast.
1.20.4 in Heukemes.
From the picture of the back in the book what there is of it. The backs do not match.

Hi Hlynur,
Looks identical to mine from the front (except yours has a nice finish) and so does the hinge but the catch is different. Not knowledgeable enough to to say if its cast or not but the front detail looks very good IMO

Hi guys,
IMO, its an original Deumer but with repaired catch. I have seen this type of glossy, chrome-like finish on other Deumer GABs so I have no issues with it. I think it was probably polished up a bit after the repair to the catch and thats what gives its a really glossy look right now.
