DB Visor Cap

Gentlemen,

Does anyone recognize this cap and the cap badge? Looks as though it might belong to a railroad ferry operation. I'd be grateful for your comments.

The left Shield looks like the Seal of Oetigheim not far from the River Rhine.
Maybe the Ferry Companies Cap. The Winged Wheel wasn't only used by the DB.
Any Markings?

It could be from a private railway (Straßenbahn) between Mannhein and Ludwigshafen?

The "Wolfsangel" was in former times the crest of Mannheim, without the "Pfälzer Löwe", and the anchor is from Ludwigshafen.
