    Grenades from woodwork

    Hello, can anyone help and regognize these grenades? I found them in my wife´s childhood house.

    Well,

    I can see a soviet, a German egg grenade WWII, several pineapple and German WWI. Some grenades were produced en different countries so the difference is in the starter, but I don't know them all, so aprox origin.

    So the three German WWI could be Yugo, in fact, produced till WWII

        the three identical eggs are M17 yugoslavian ones, the pineapple are WWI french ones i.m.o.

          The grenade in the second picture marked Unknown is from Finland, probably WWII era.

            Yes the unknown marked one is Finnish ww2

              The body of the grenade in the lower centre of the image has all the characteristics of the German M39 egg grenade. Fine crimped band and a carrying ring, but the spoon activated fuse is puzzling. Perhaps an adaptation?

                  Thanks for the replies, I am sorry because I haven´t more pictures of them right now but next time when I visit this house I can take more pictures.

                  There are also some bayonets, couple of helmets (M17 etc), mortar rounds etc.

                    That is Finnish M/43 Sirpale kranaatti with M/32 fuze.
