Green M43 tunic with LW Forestry eagle?

This is a very odd tunic that I've had tucked away amidst my mainly Heer uniforms. It looks like an M43 which has never had breast pockets. It has what may be a LW Forestry eagle and makeshift flak boards. The eagle has either been re-positioned or is a replacement to an earlier one. No internal markings and someone has added shoulder padding at some point. There were 6 button holes down the front, but the top two have been closed.

Is it a complete fantasy piece or is there a wartime basis for this configuration?

Do not know about the tunic but eagle is a fake for sure

Tunic itself is original police tunic, but hard reworked. Why and when I don´t know.. maybe theatre?

Thanks Radek. It doesn't look like it ever had breast pockets, so maybe someone thought that it resembled a fliegerbluse and applied the fake(?) insignia. Very strange!
