    NCO LAH cyphers

Cyphers were found on 19th August 2013 nearby Teplice in Czech republic during
exploration of area with metal detector. Fragment of dog tag with legible words "SS-VT"
(Verfügungstruppe) and eight 9mm charges from 1942 has also been found along with the
badges. All these items were found on spot 2 x 2 meters.

This is a very rare find that in the right hands can bring clarity to a lot of discussions dealing
with the question of the authenticity of these cyphers. One of the cyphers I kept in the original
condition (without any cleaning). I cleaned the second one using Leuchutturm for cleaning
copper coins - immersion time was 3 minutes which was followed by gentle clean with
toothbrush, soap and water. I wouldn't dare to apply any further washing and decided to
leave the work for the potential experts.
