I have had the Ernst Schneider Heer buckle for a few years and I found a nice belt to match it up with. The dealer had it listed as a Luftwaffe belt but I have never seen a Luftwaffe buckle with this matching type tab. These are often called An Italian type but I don't know if there is any proof these tabs or belts were made in Italy.

Congrats Klr for complete the set!
This type of "renforced" web/tropical belt and tabbed buckle are quite rare.
From what I know, found on ESL and B&N marked Heer buckles, never on Luftwaffe buckles.
Yes - someone calls this web set "Italian" made, I think because the "fishbone" canvas (see buckle tab and belt tongue) is very similar to the one used in italian fieldgear and some M33 helmet chinstraps. Not real proof exists they are italian products. Just my guess
Waiting for other opinions...

I've got a buckle of this type marked B&N that has seen quite use and which color is more a blue/green than a pure green like the one you showed.
Never seen another one with this color but I doubt this can be seen on a picture.
If you place this buckle near a green one, it looks blue in comparison, but if you place it near a blue buckle, it looks green this time, quite amazing!
