                  Here's a nice winter scene showing decorated soldiers being visited by Ritterkreuztrager Oberst (later General der Infanterie) Wilhelm Burgdorf.
                  Interestingly, Burgdorf was one of two Generals who visited Erwin Rommel the day he was forced to commit suicide. It is said that Burgdorf handed Rommel the cyanide pill that took his life. Burgdorf was killed in Berlin in May 1945.
