I was offered this cap at the local flea market today and was allowed to take it home for study. I don't collect cloth headgear and have no reference books about this. It is a shade of grey and green and maker appears as "JDS Semper Tales" Bad Tolz. Stamp dated 1945 with size 59. Part of an name can be seen in ink. What kind of cap is it and is it worth buying?
