Hey guys! I was curious what the general consensus is on this pennant and cover. Does anyone have one like it or similar?

Those are burn marks or melted places in the plastic per seller.

Here is a great article in a Military Advisor from 2004 that Mr Saris wrote. The covers differs from the photo but construction of cloth pennant sense the same.
