Wrong forum I think. Belongs in the "General" awards section. I've never see one with those lines in between the arms of the swaz.

WB with tracks

JM, the info I received on this WB with "railroad tracks" is that its an early 1939 first issue and is sometimes mistaken for Condor Legion. I think this should be moved to the WB section. I also having a feeling that this is a repo, The "railway tracks" are too promenant. But I have no idea who produced it.
