Sister Golden Party pins 25mm

Hello, I finally was able to get the sister to a Golden Party Pin, I already owned. It is nice to get these 2 back together after all these years, does any one know who can atribute these. I think one was lost and the owner of the number re-applied for another one. Or something like that.
Anyway any help would be appreciated.
