Just got this one in, very odd Luftschutz on the cap, HJ triangle, police eagle and musician swallow tails, with some sort jacket and KvK with Swords.

Stand up collar, and eagle looks like small sized female type. Look non German to me, maybe Belgian?

Boy on the right appears to be wearing SHD wings on his cap, and an HJ-district triangle on his left sleeve, above what appears to be a police eagle.
