Buddy purchased this as a jetton but was curious about it's origin and what it is.

Hi Rusty, I have never heard of the term "jetton" before?

To me it looks like a watch fob. (Hope that is not a jetton otherwise I will look daft ) It is English, of that I am certain, because of the silver hallmarks The Anchor mark shows it was hallmarked in Birmingham.

Jetton technically is a metal counter used in playing cards.

Hi Rusty, just checked a website on hallmarks. It would appear to have be made in 1920. I forgot to mention that the lion shows that it is made from "Sterling silver".

Ade is right twice. It's a watch fob ( the center is for engrave name or monogram ) and it's English.
