The cap eagle is WERKSCHUTZ....I've NEVER seen a "wartime" visor hat of that color, shape.. possibly for "Volkdeutsch"/Foreign Vol." types but might be a total fabrication... NOT the normal! I'd be VERY doubtful about it.

            Cap

IMO, the cap is definitely pre-1945 mfgr. I've never seen a fake cap with the composite sweatband. But I don't know if the emblem is original to the cap. Look closely for other holes where a different insignia might have been. It's easy, unless other insignia prongs didn't go completely through the lining.

Hi , the insignia prongs didn't go through the lining and also not visible any holes in the lining.

I like it! This one was on the Oakleaf site in 2012. Werkschutz uniforms varied in style, cut, material, insignia depending on factory!

I agree with Nick the Werkschutz uniforms and caps shows quite varied style. IMO the first cap also original, typical factory/workers cap from the '30, I like the twill material and the insignias also authentic to me. Best, JLS
