WW 1 German Pilot's Badge Help Please

Hello,
I was at a local market today and I picked up this Badge. The Seller said he thought it was a re-po so I got it at a good price. It is 3 inches high and 1 3/4 inches wide near the middle and is marked either .835 or .935 on the pin and also on the catch.
I have shown a photo of the mark on the pin but the mark inside the catch is very hard to pick up with the camera. The catch is a little loose as on the bottom. I would like to know if it is real and what would be a fair Market price for the badge. Any Help is appreciated and Thank You in advance for your Help.

The badge is good. The front detail looks to be a product of the square punch marked maker , although the pin/hinge/catch assembly is not characteristic to this manufacturer . Variations exist in all or most makers badges so this is not entirely surprising to me. Looks like you got a good deal .Ferg
