First one is a fake.

John, the one you posted is a correct Belgium made panzer eagle, but compare it with the one that started this thread and you'll notice many differences.

first one posted is a reproduction of the Belgium produced Heer eagles. Send it back. Matt

Greetings All,

The first eagle posted is a reproduction. The second eagle posted is a white on black, beVo panzer eagle attributed to being made in Belgium.

If you look at the reverse side of the first eagle you will see a heavy line of thread appearing like a sawtooth above the top of the wing and below the wing. These are keys ,for most eagles, for identification of reproductions.
