Never seen one like this before. Its not a officiel accepted type and probably a
postwar fake. L17?, where also no officiel maker. If its mean for L/12 its not even close.

Seems like it have a bit of quality, but not as the real thing.

Oh no, much earlier. Charles Snyder sold them (as authentic examples) as long as 20 years ago.
