I initially didn't like that one, but after looking closer it think it is probably alright, although I'd have asked to get a better look at the smaller writing before I made any decision on it.
However I just noticed it doesn't seem to have any tabs/ties...

Hard to make of some of the kanji as it's not written neatly.
Someone's name on the left, "Dai Nippon" at the top, "prayers for_??_" something or other on the right, signatures on the bottom.
