I would like to share with you this kiregsmarine seesack.
We can see some repairs, well done
the name of the soldier is sewed inside but the most interresting for me is the wooden plate which report what should be marked on the soldier dog tag






N 18000/42 : this soldier is from the Nordsee ans enlisted in 1942

yesterday I received an answer from the Wast

they told me that the soldier died in 2002 but i could write to his wife to authorize the Wast to give me informations about the military period of her husband

I will do that for sure
