SA Command Flag for Sturmbann

There was a SA Standarte 20 in Kempten, which is in Southern Germany in todays state of Bavaria. Kempten therefore belonged to the SA group "Hochland" (highlands). There´s one oddity with this SA group. The "Highlanders" SA didn´t stamp the abbreviation (indicating the SA Group; here "Ho") of its SA daggers in the center of the cross guard (like all others SA groups did), but nearly always in one of the corners of the cross guard.Attached Files

Very nice flag!
Of course this could have belonged to the Standarte in Kempten, but there were plenty more SA-Gruppen who had a Standarte 20. At least 5 more. But again a very nice item!

Do you know the approximate value of such flags in today's market? For how much would it sell these days?

as Laurens says, there are more Standarte 20 then only at Kempten.
November 1, 1935 were listen: Kempten (Hochland); Wittenberg (Mitte) and Kreuzburg (Schlesien). Berlin was not mentioned in OSAF-lists from 1935, 1936, 1937 and 1942.
March 20, 1942 Standarte 20 was mentioned also at Meppen (Nordsee).
These numbers 20 do not include Jägerstandarte or Gebirgsjägerstandarte with the number 20.

I found Berlin mentioned here: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/SA-Grup...in-Brandenburg
It says that "the SA-Brigade "Horst Wessel" (Berlin-Ost) has been changed on October 23, 1933 into the SA-Brigade 28 "Horst Wessel" and included the SA-Standarten 5, 15, 19 und 20".

It will have changed due to a re-organization in about 1934. The Berlin Standarte 20 must have ceased to exist then, as did others cease to exist.
The November 1, 1935 official OSAF address-list mentions for Gruppe Berlin-Brandenburg:
Brigade 25 (Brandenburg-Süd) with Standarte 35, 206, 235, reserve 25 and Reiter 25;
Brigade 26 (Brandenburg-Ost) with 64, 207, reserve 64 and Reiter 26;
Brigade 27 (Brandenburg-West) with 24, 39, 224, reserve 27 and Reiter 27;
Brigade 28 (Berlin-Süd) with 3, 5, 8, reserve 8, reserve 18 and Reiter 28;
Brigade 29 (Berlin-Nord) with 4, 6, 10, 12, reserve 28 and reserve 29;
Brigade 39 (Berlin-West) with 1, 2, 7, 9, reserve 7 and reserve 109.
Further existed the Marinestandarte 77 and 83.
