Otto Carius was one of the most successful Panzer commanders ever to take a Tiger tank into battle, destroying some 150 tanks and being decorated with the Oakleaves to the Knights Cross.
Military artist and publisher Uwe Feist has produced a special book as a tribute to German Tiger tank ace Oberleutnant Otto Carius. The first copy of this book was presented on April 24, 2012 to Herr Carius in honor of his 90th birthday (27. May 2012).
Only 500 copies each have been printed of the regular edition and the special slipcase edition. The slipcase edition is only available from Feist Books www.feistbooks.com and RZM Imports www.rzm.com/books/fb/fb003.cfm
