          Interesting item. In 1935 catalog eagle is used on flags.

              Certainly an uncommon find. It brings up the queston as to whether the thread for screwing on the eagle is a common size and the adornment is simply selected according to the whim of the unit?

                    I saw another one years ago at a show. It was neat, had a different style eagle on it. At the time it sold for $700 which I thought was cheap.
