here we have an interesting document group of Leutnant Alfred Hofmann, born in 1920 and fell 1944 near Siewastjanowka, Russia aged 23.
- Promotion Unteroffizier dated 01/08/1941
- Document wound badge black dated 14/08/1941
- Letter with wound badge black dated 15/08/1941
- Document PAB Bronze dated 14/08/1941
- Document PAB Bronze dated 22/07/1942
- Document EK2 dated 15/07/1942
- Document EK1 dated 07/03/1944
He first was a member of Schützen Regiment 112 I. Bataillon.
Then: 6./Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 59
Then: 7./Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 59
20. Panzer Division
Interesting is, that the PAB in Bronze was awarded twice
