Help needed on 'document'?

can anyone tell me anything about this!?
I think the bottom left section, once had a photograph stuck to it. I cannot work this thing out at all!

The organisation that produces/produced this document is a carneval society and has a homepage at http://www.schlaraffia-heylbronnen.de/.

The writing seems to be in ball-point pen, which would suggest that it is not very old.

Why it has something resembling an SS stamp on it is beyond me. Someone may just have "elaborated" a modern carneval society members certificate with a stamp to make it more appealing for sale to the uninformed.

Click on the Impressionen page of the site to see what sort of fearsome teutonic warriors are associated with is "rare" award.

I can't seem to get the website to work at the moment, do you have any urls to other pages of the site (there may be a problem with the home-page) And yes, the SS stamp is a mystery.
also, this award was with the document, does that seem correct?

The site seems to be working for me at the moment.

Carneval is not really my "thing", but some of my colleagues at work consider it to be the fifth season of the year.

The badge looks like a typical carneval society award, which seem to be fairly profilific and varied. They do sometimes appear on US dealer sites and are offered as "unidentified" Imperial medals.

Despite the fact that some of the leading German awards manufacturers have produced these items over the years, I don't imagine they are worth very much.

However, since there seem to specialist collectors for just about anything, there may be an Internet forum for these items, too.
