Awesome pic stonemint --- what I have noticed is that these are worn by NCOs most of the time whereas WH crushers were mostly seen with officers. WAF members km-spain and Zauberflöte both own one of these.

Erel, could you please post few pictures of the inside lining ? The lower dark green piping on the cap band make me think about an admin cap. On the picture posted by Stonemint there is no lower piping on the cap band (as expected on a coastal artillery visor).
