I read Titowka, but thats the name of a russian river, near Murmansk. So most likely the foto was taken there, and he just noted when and where it was taken.

Nice photo of a Reconnaissance crew member, Can you tell if a Pilot or Observer? from the badge? I think Gran Sasso is right in His assumption IMO!
