Hello guys. What are your thoughts on this NSKK cap? Staffelführer rank I believe?

I like it. Rank may be Hauptsturmfuhrer with an extra pip. Staffelfuhrer had four pips in a square
placed in the upper corner of the side fold without rank bars or Litzen. Nice second pattern eagle.

This may not be relevant NSKK - Oberstaffelfuhrer had 4 pips with only one Litzen.
Hauptsturmfuhrer has 3 pips with 2 Litzen as per above reference.

This is Obersturmführer, William. In volume 4 from the series of my "Headgear of Hitler's Germany" the correct position for the braids and pips is shown on page 338 (Verordnungsblatt NSKK, 3/1939). The Staffelführer in the book from Angolia/Littlejohn is incorrect.
