SS Officers Buckle...Help!

Hey Guys, need some help with this, the runes look odd to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The brocade?...i have no idea on either.

The buckle is fake, I don´t like the brocade, the RZM tag should be "M" marked not " L" marked

and for me the brocade to be good but the label has no interest above

Thanks, so ALL brocades should have an M code?
So, if there was no RZM tag, does the construction still look good?
