Hi please can i have some opinions on these tabs.They came tougether.I know very little about officer tabs and early runics.

Rank tab i can't really comment on; looks to be velvet which is unusual...the runic tab to me is a nice original from the early period...the blue backing and coarse buckram are very typical of the period...
