Hollow Zinc F&R PAB in Bronze ?

Hi Guys,

Does anybody of you have a bronze hollow zinc Frank & Reif PAB in there collection?

Been looking for that one for a long time to complete the F&R family but somehow I wasn't even able to find a picture of such a PAB. So I'm beginning to wonder if they were ever made?

I'll post a picture of my silver example. The easiest way to recognize the zinc version is to look at the broad hinge plate.

Even a picture of a bronze example would be most welcome.

Thanks Frank, judging by the replies I agree that the conclusion should be either extremely rare or non-existant. Very strange, allthough the Bronze grade was awarded less frequently I can't imagin a reason why a company that produced the two grades before all od a sudden would only produce one grade

Let's see if by bringing this back to the top one pops up. If not I guess my F&R family is complete.

Thanks for posting the PAB, but it's difficult to tell since it's in such good condition.

Are there any areas where the finish is worn? I think on top of the eagles head I can see a worn spot with grey/silver base metal peeping through. If this is the case than it would be a zinc badge but I'm in doubt because it seems to feature the hinge without wrap arround broad base.

PS: Sorry almost forgot to answer your question, yes it's a hollow F&R
