Vorläufiger Ausweis/Ersatzkarte for loss of Soldbuch!

How many variations are there? I have at least 8 examples....here are a few different styles by various printers.

    1) The first one by Heinrich Buschmann, Münster, shows what you would expect from a temporary Soldbuch:

Rank, name, date of birth, next of kin, I.D. discs, date of issue, unit and awards.
This also shows that it was printed specifically for Reserve Lazarett Werl, showing his date of entry and type of wound.

Obergefreiter Kurt Schöffel received bruising to his right shoulder. His replacement unit was Panzer Grenadier(?) Ersatz Abteilung 115 in Darmstadt.

    2) Secondy by C.M Gärtner, Aue in Sachsen. This shows:

Name, rank, date of birth, last unit, entry into hospital, transfers, leave and replacement unit.

This also was printed specifically for Reserve Lazarett Bad Neuenahr, however this has been erased and used by Reserve Lazarett Montabaur

            4) This version is issued for the loss of the Soldbuch and not issued by a hospital. Probably printed by the unit Map detachment it records:

Unit, rank, name, date of birth, place of birth, I.D. discs, occupation, religeon and perssonal detals.

                5) The last one for now is a "field" replacement issued in a PoW camp to record his details after handing his Soldbuch in to the local authorities.

Not for a lost Soldbuch, but similar in look - certified copy (2 copies made after the war) from Hauptmann Koch.

Why didn't the army give Schwieger a knife or a canteen?
