I only refer this hinge and catch set-up to Deumer because someone once posted that one of this type came in the award packet marked for Deumer. It's always stuck in my mine because I used to have one like this and always wondered who the maker was.

Other than that, no other reason.

Pieter why are you asking, did you find a Deumer marked IAB? Or do you know of the existance of IAB's made by Deumer. We all know how easy a badge can slip in to an award packet.

On all your badges(which are similar to mine) the Eagle's face is not clear.
Today I have bought IAB & now I know how the eagle looks like.

But I have one question - why such a manufacturer as Deumer made such an ugly IAB?
