    Questions on Tätigkeitsabzeichen

From the names of these badges it is often fairly easy to figure out what the job is of the person who would wear it. There are two that baffle me however. One is the Führungsdienstpersonal. Can anyone tell me what their job is?
The other is the Technischespersonal. This would seem to possibly cover a wide range of technical jobs. Did it? I'd like an example of someone who would wear one of these badges please.

    Regards,

    Gordon

    Hi Gordon,

it is, in English, not easy for me.

    Führungsdienstpersonal:
It is personnel serving in signal and reconnaissance units/formations, supporting the military leaders with informations; and all the personnel that have to do with communications.

    Technisches Personal:
Maintenance personnel in all military units/formations.

Examples: A commander of a maintenance company and all his technical personnel have to wear the badge for Technisches Personal. The soldiers in his signal squad have to wear the badge for Führungsdienstpersonal.

      Uwe,

Thanks for the excellent explanation. I could never have figured that out on my own.

      Regards,

Uscha - Thanks for posting a picture of your badge.

Could you also tell us about the parachutist badge above it? They don't look German. Do you hold any other qualification badges and awards?

          Thanks - TJ

Uscha - Thanks for posting the additional uniform pictures and the cool Gepard video. The track running over the car was my favorite part.

                  All the best - TJ
