Hi, picked up a few of the item shown below, marked inside " Muzzle Cover M.G. Mk1", anybody recognise them at all, they are tapered at the front and do fit over the Vickers that I have, only one has its leather strap (the others have been removed from the covers), I can't find any reference on them, they are all dated 1941 or 1942. Are they possibly US issue ?
