Hello, If this is original, and IMO it is, It is the rarest I have ever seen ! The Skorzeny sig. looks 100 % good to me ! I met him a few times in the early 70's, in Spain, and I asked him about awards he made for the TDB in 45. He told me this: Yes, I made many awards of the TDB to men under my command in Feb. 45. Also photo's survive showing him making these awards. Some are in my book, "Tank Killers", the History of the Tank Destruction Badge. Congrats to you on this super document !!!!!! Tom
