SS tropical cap

Hi all
Please can i have some opinions on this cap and insignia?.Were standard tk and eagle used as well as tropical insignia.

The twill of the cap itself does not do much for me.

I have an original SS Saharina tunic that was made in Litzmanstadt and the material of this hat looks nothing like it. However take my opinion with grain of salt.

Can we get a close up of the backside of the gromets? This would help.

You must have been typing late at night...I think corderoid is a cross between corduroy and hemorrhoid. Not a material I would want a hat made out of.

About hemorroids, I got more than enough, no need to have them amongst me collection also.

Thanks everyone for your help.I have no more pics,this cap was on ebay buy it now.I think some one has bought it or either it was removed.
I'm just glad I was patient and waited for some knowledgable opinions your help has been much appreciated.
