Kampfgruppe STREIT - little known

History has Ofz. Weyse as part of KGr. STREIT for his award of the DK in gold. We can see by our fine member's soldbuch photo postings what unit Weyse was with at the time.
I see it was DVK 154. Another stamp look like " DVK 154 rum. 1 FEB Division." I can't see exactly on the internet what looks to be either FEA or FEB or FEß is. Any history on KGr STREIT and the Romanian Division?
