Navy insignia catalog

Hello,
I received an offer to buy this insignia catolg and have only pictures at the moment. As you can see, insignia are hand-sewn on the paper. The catalog is composed of 12 pages, mainly with navy insignia.
What do you think from the badges(mine, submarine, battle-ship)?

I would stay off!

I don't like the thick gold wire embroidery, looks Pakisani to me... It shows no age (oxidation on the silver or darkening on the gold), while the pages do!
Look at the bad/lack of fine details (f.i. claws of the eagles).

I know this kind of embroidering on the rectangular backing and the thick gold wire from early postwar insignia of the Labour Service Unit and German Minesweeping Administration. So it could realy be a sample book of a small german manufacturer somewhere between Cuxhaven and Kiel. Of cause only offered for private purchase, the badges differ from the official distributet items and were sold for "Extra"-Uniforms.
At the moment i would say thumbs up. Will show some LSU/GMSA badges later.
