Thanks JP and Giancarlo for the thumbs up.

These are indeed in unissued state of condition! Here together with a worn 40 dated example with aluminium cup.

              Regards

Last one is medical as well, so a hook...No "karabiner" system.

I was always told when I started collecting that those with hooks were strictly medical, and the quick release buckles were found on Gebirgsjäger type bottles.

Is there any wartime regulation found on this matter? Or is it just a collectors mythe.

Even more so, what would a GJ sani wearing then?

                  Regards

Here's another 'all matching' CFL 42 one.

                    Sorry for the poor pictures.

I need another camera as it slipped out of my hands right into my mug of coffee last weekend

                    Regards

                          Nice one

Does it has a metal hook on the back? If not, this can be considered a waterbottle used by female DRK-members.

Or like a member once stated overhere, the colour-gender-policy of the DRK

Jan, no it doesn't have the hook. Here I thought I had a great canteen for my early 'manly' FJ medic look. But, it turns out I have a 'girly' canteen.
