this Si66 is like the TJ68 i posted not so long ago. some people couldn't get over the non-standard camo, i hope this confirms that such camo did indeed exist, albeit, non-standard

that's the original chinstrap with hardware in a plastic bag behind the pillows, still in one piece...

A friend of mine came in to the shop today with a very similar one with schrapnel damage. I 'll see if I can get some pics ( or better, buy the helmet!)

I'd lump this one into the 1918 Spring Offensive camo paint work. I think it's good but never seen one quite like it.

Well there is no wrong way to cammo a helmet..WW1 cammos can get pretty obscure..This is one. I have some different patterns and they are local purchases. I like it..

I had a M17 with what they call the spring camo, identical to yours. Mine came from THE VETS GRANDSON. I like it!!
