this is the armband which was worn by NSKK men who was not party members 1933-34 and after this time worn on racing suits until the coming out of the large breast eagle (1936).
For the 1933/34 period you have good pics in WPBR Saris book "Headgears of Hitlers Germany, vol. 4" page 233 & 237.
Your armband looks fine for me but there was also a embroidred version.
