    NSFK Brigadefuhrer Tabs

Interesting effect of age on on the embroidery highlights. Was told the NSFK used silver plated copper wire for highlights. This would explain the "gold" in that after the passing decades, the silver has oxidized away to the based metal. Background material is an odd blue. Not honestly sure if its velvet or wool.

Tabs are UV neutral except for the glue/paper residue on the backs where they were glued to a scrapbook.

Interesting, same silver plated copper as this Gruppenfuhrer collar tab:

THERE ARE A PAIR OF NSKK LIKE THIS TOO HERE,yes they end up this color over teh years,it was once thought teh copper parts were gold highlights that were faded on such tabs, but they actually were once silver as stated.
