    2 1939 Spange to the Iron Cross 2nd Class 1914 (L11 e L12)

    Hello People,

Any opinion about these 2 1939 Spange to the Iron Cross 2nd Class 1914?

One is L11 and another L12 (Junckers). Is the manufacture mark of L11 correct in inferior side of reverse?

    Regards,

    William Schmidt

        Hi
        L/11 looks correct
L/12 is another matter, do a search for L/12 marked EK2 spangen, and make up your own mind...

                  Hi William,

I don't like the L/12 clasp for these reasons
The design is not like Juncker-pieces
                  It lacks detail
The mm looks odd, like it's been engraved in stead of struck
and the prongs are made from two strips instead of 4 separate prongs.

If you do a forum search you will notice the difference with Juncker-clasps.

                  Best regards,
                  Ben

                      Hi William,

I had seen it on the E-Stand too, but after seing better pics I decided to pass on it, and I also wrote the seller why.

I think people are to insecure to express their thoughts on certain pieces.

I may be totally wrong, but I don't like it a bit.
In fact I even doubt it i an original clasp.

                      Best regards,
                      Ben
