Tornister with Feldpost number- help please

Hello,

I have a late war Tornister with a Feldpost number inked inside: 56986. I think "S" is the last initial. Can anyone please help me out and tell me which unit this belonged to? The tornister is undated but I am cerain it is from 1943-45. Thanks in advance for any help, I sincerely appreciate it.

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!!!

I bought this tornister from Bill Shea for $65 a few years ago. I am sure the numbers are original applied. I bought it because it uses blue canvas inside which I think is a neat late-war feature. Thanks so much for the help Ian. That is crazy!
