    My grandfather's stein, medals

The following pics are of my grandfather's regimental beer stein, his medals, and a few pics, including one of him wearing the ek2. He began the war as a reservist in Telegraph Batallion 4, 1'st Company. Charlie

Wow, I do not think I have ever seen a prewar stonewear stein like that. Definitely never with a roster on it. The pewter lid is great, just a super piece. It's great that you have his medals, pics and the soldbuch. Can you photo the pages with his units he served in and his medals. Very nice. My grandfather was drafted and reported for service on Nov. 11, 1918. He got sent home, so no great memories of WW1.

I can post the list(printed inside his militair pass). I do not have his soldbuch, or hie telegraph manuel, both got lost somewhere. Will do tomorrow! Thanks, Charlie
