        Hi Edelweiss,

IMO a nice original tropical buckle with seldom encountered web tab.

        Regards

              Thanks !
And also for the heads-up on this site Ben, even if I generally do not use dealer's sites as a reference !
Joke apart, nice buckles there (it even appears that the buckle #1534 is the very one above BTW), and as far as I can judge in my branch, nothing out of tune in his headgear section either...

                Amazing

It is amazing how things go quickly these days.
I bought this buckle on that website in October, then sold it to a french guy in december because I needed to reduce the size of my buckle collection.
                Now you got it !!
                Great !
I will post later pics of the one I kept, with the matching belt of the same manufacturer Berg und Nolte...
                Cheers

                      other pic

Please note the eyelet and the leather parts that reenforce the tongue and belt.
Of interest is also the longitudinal stiching of the belt, a very special manufacture.
                      Regards.

                              Great

It is the first time that I see this maker on a buckle of this type.
                              Mint condition
What do you think is the exact purpose of that manufacture?
Marc Verstraete said in the past it could be KM AK buckle...
My buckle has indeed a green/blue shade of color but it is not the case on all B&N buckle like this one.
