Is it my eyeballs or are the two boys in photo #5 wearing the BDM girls' jacket (kletterweste - not sure of spelling) without insignia?

Yes, they are wearing the Kletterjacke style jacket, but with the buttons on the right, which is customary for a male garment. The female jackets had buttons on the left. To complicate matters, the HJ reference by Angolia (vol 1) does contain a photo of a female wearing a right buttoning jacket, and I know the in some other reference I have seen another photo of a male wearing this style jacket, but where escapes me.
