david many thanks for providing this information.

however, even though i am a member and logged in, the website does not give me the add attachment option when i am trying to post a forum message.

in fact it specifically denies me this option.

    where it says...
    you may post new threads.
    you may post replies.
    you may not post attachments.
    you may edit your posts

how do i resolve this...your help much appreciated and gratefully received

Have you paid a USD25 subscription?

If not, you are not an AM and therefore cannot post images.

          Regards,

          David

Just a minor point in connection with image sizes.

In relation to jpeg/jpg images, the "maximums" are as detailed below, being slightly different to those otherwise stated.
            • 244.1 KB file size
            • 700 width
            • 750 height
            Regards,

            David

I dont know what you are talking about....use the numerous sites like tinypic.com and put some basic low level code into your post to post pics.....right?
