Case for SS-Panzer Hand mines 41, Look!!!!

Hi all,

just got this case on todays fleamarket. I never had one of these before and would like to know your opinion about it.
The case is in fine condition and all looks right in my opinion. I heared that the SS had some kind of these AT mines. Anyone agreed ?
It looks like the case was purposed for "Panzer hand mines" but there is a stenceling inside which reads "SS-Panzer handgranate". The label on the outside reads "SS-P.H.M." but the PHM is erased and also with stencil was written "Pzhdgr" next to it. Maybe this case was labeled wrong or reused for another typ of AT grenade.

Any opinions or additional pics are very welcome.

A little bit of the label is scratched, but it was still in the box.

thats something new....

I know PWM (panzer wurf minen) - but not the SS PHM.... shiut... - maybe thats how they called them shrtly after introduction ??? and then they changed that to PWM ???

thats the first time I hear of SS PHM

Wow, if thats the case, then this has to be a rare box, right? AND its got the SS runes on it !!
If it turns out to be original, and by the look of that label, it is, then a nice find, Jens. I would think if someone wanted to fake this, then the runes would be more conventional?

box is genuine Steve ! - no worries - first of all nobody would fake something that its almost unknown.. second - it looks SUPER -.. third - comes from flea market nice find my friend !!
