Hi Giorgio, I love the Italian field cap and poster really wonderful stuff.
You indicated Mod44 for the field cap I thought that they were Mod42?
Also does the field cap have a stiff carboard inside the crown were the TK is attached and what material is the lining looks like artificial silk?

Yes there is a carboard inside the front.

Thanks! But you mean was found by the soldier or bought? do you know the history?
I would say that is one of the rarest SS poster I have ever seen and you must be really proud of it because I doubt there still are two on the same planet....Very nice really.
PS-The picture I have seen was taken in Treviso if Im not wrong.
